Hooters.........

So, I've been at Hooters for a while now, it's AWESOME! The only thing I would change is my uniform. I'm a hostess, so I wear khaki shorts, a white shirt, and the pantyhose, socks and shoes. Pretty plain jane.

Welp.

So guys, I can officially relinquish the title of Twin Peaks girl, as I am no longer one. I am now a full time Hooters girl, and a full time senior. Sheesh. Well, today is my orientation for Hooters, can't wait to tell y'all how it goes. I'm super excited.

Hooters Girl........

Yes, that is a Hooters logo on blog.. yes I have commited treason. Last night Hooters called me offering me a job. Obviously, I accepted it. I went and applied, with no excpectations, and I was called the NEXT DAY! Gosh, I was excited. Okay, I love Twin Peaks, but getting there, is not easy. Hooters is literally 10 minutes from me. It's just a smarter decision. I'm gonna stay with both companies as long as I can, but if the going gets tooooo tough,  I'm going to have to leave one. I'm sure, it's going to happen, because I'm a senior in high school, and I need some time to breathe. Ugh, what to do?? I hope I can keep both jobs, maintain a 3.6 GPA, and get accepted to UT, oh Lord.

Stressed.....

          Hey guys, I know I haven't been blogging much, I'm sorry. So here's an update. I work 6 days a week, every week, and on top of that it's my senior year. So, I'm so stressed, like all the time. I honestly, get about 20 hours of sleep, a week. I'm exhausted. I'm almost positive I'm gaining weight. I also started a new school, which I hate! The girls are mean, the teachers are worse. Then I have to turn around and work with girls that hate me. I get yelled and bitched at, all the time...for what seems to go on for years. I can't count how many times, I've went home crying because I'm so overwhelmed. Well, I promise you guys will hear from me soon. Xoxo...Gabby Sue.. <3

Soooooo, it's here guys finally, the night we've all been waiting for... Victoria's Secret fashion show! Omg, I'm soooo excited. Not only, to see what VS has, but to see what costumes every one is going to where. Yay! The show starts at 9pm SHARP, be there early to ensure you have the best seat possible. Orientation/Day One!

Sooooo, I got the job, I'm officially a Twin Peaks Girl. Ahhhh. Haha, I'm so excited..
            Okay, so today was supposed to be my orientation, instead it was MY FIRST DAY. I went in to just sign papers, and go over the status quo, and I'm just getting off work.. at 11:30. Wow. I loved it every minute of it. I went in at like 2, by 4 o'clock, I was in full uniform on the floor seating guests. I wore a red and black plaid "lumber jill" crop top, khaki shorts, and Uggs. Oh yeah, I am now legally obligated to look "presentable" at all times. I met all the girls, and they are alllll so freaking sweet. I can already tell, I'm going to love my job. I hula hooped, chit chatted, and just had a blast, especially with my new bestfriend.. we'll call her Mini Me. So, I go back tomorrow, at 4, you guys will be hearing from me, once I get off. Interview at Twin Peaks.

Hey y'all, I'm Gabby Sue and this my blog, on being a senior in high school, and working at Twin Peaks.... (:
            Okay, so I went in to apply at Twin Peaks. Many of you, may not of heard of it before, as it was just opened in 2005. The restaurant, or "breastaurant" as it has been called, is known for it's Twin Peaks Girls, or Lumber Jills. The place is often compared to Hooters. So, I printed out the application that morning, and filled it out, nothing out of the ordinary, except one question-- "What is the biggest fish you've ever caught?" Lol, what?! So I went in to turn my application in around 3 in the afteroon, on a Wednesday, it seemed pretty slow. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a girl with the lumberjack crop top on, and a huge .... smile. (: I told her why I was there, and she went and fetched, the manager... let's call him Blue Eyes, (his eyes were very blue, so was his shirt). Blue Eyes invited me to a table, and we began to talk, he was very serious, then while mid sentence, he stopped me to go get the GM,... let's just call him GM. GM sat with me briefly, and told me how bubbly I was. Blue Eyes came back and told another girl to put me in the uniform, and have me walk around with the other girls. I did. I loved it. The short khakis, and the lumber jill top were awesome, and fun. After meeting everyone, Blue Eyes took a few pictures of me, then said he would call me by the weekend.. Waiting to hear back.
